The Department of Mathematics successfully organized the invited lectureon'ApplicationsofGraphtheoryinourPracticalLife'on06- 04-2017 in our university. Dr. K. SrinivasaRao, Associate Professor of Mathematics, honored the chief guestDr. G.Mahadhevan. Mrs. N.Saradha, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, introduced chief guest. Mr.P. Nagarajan, Assistant Professor of Mathematics acted as organizing secretary for the invited talk. Dr. G.Mahadhevan, Associate Professor of Mathematics, Gandhigram Rural University, gave a lecture on “Applications of GraphTheory inOurPracticalLife”withinterestingandsuitableexamples.Heexplainedtheexistenceandrequirementofgraphtheoryanalysisindaytodaylifeindifferentfields.
